What are the shipping options?
ModiBot currently uses a Flat Rate structure for shipping via US Post Office First Class Mail.
US- $4 for basic orders, $20 for heavier order over 16 oz.
For Canada, UK, France- $15 for basic orders, $30 for heavier orders over 13 oz.
For all other countries- $20 for basic orders, $35 for heavier orders over 13 oz.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
ModiBot does NOT collect duties or taxes on international sales. Unfortunately, these costs may be substantial and required by governments or customs agencies upon delivery or pick-up. Please consider before placing international orders.
When will I receive my order?
Domestic shipments
ModiBot ships orders via US POST First Class Mail, so most orders within the US are delivered within a week of purchase. COVID 19 has made the timing a bit less consistent and the Holiday Season definitely adds more time for shipments. *For Holiday gift orders, it is best to place an order before December 15th.
International shipments
ModiBot ships orders via US POST First Class Mail, so most orders outside the US vary greatly in duration.
Unfortunately, many orders seem to get stuck in customs for substantial amount of time. Please consider extended delivery timelines, as well as, additional costs for duties and/or taxes when ordering.
For Canada, orders are usually delivered around 5-10 days.
For much of Europe, delivery can take 2-4 weeks or more.
For the rest of the world, COVID 19 has made the timing very inconsistent.
*For International Holiday gift orders, it is best to place an order before November 15th.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

We will work to solve the problem or help you return the item(s) for refund. If you need a replacement for a missing or broken piece, it helps us to see a picture of the broken part so we can match the color and send a correct replacement.
